CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of massage more than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel your massage at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, I do not charge a cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel your massage less than 24 hours before the appointment, I charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the massage price..
Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance
If you cancel your massage later than 12 hours before the appointment, I will charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the massage price..
No excuse from massage
If you do not show up for the appointment and also do not cancel the massage, I charge 100% of the cost of the massage.
